The Beautiful Chaos: Celebrating the Traits of ADHD in Our New Notebook

If you live with ADHD or love someone who does, you’ll know it’s a wild ride — part genius, part chaos, all vibes. That’s exactly what inspired our brand-new ADHD Traits notebook. Plastered across the front cover is a glorious jumble of 40 ADHD traits — the good, the bad, and the downright relatable.

ADHD isn’t one thing. It’s everything, all at once. One minute, you’re drowning in disorganisation, the next you’re experiencing Olympic-level hyperfocus. You forget why you opened the fridge (forgetfulness), but can recite a hyperfixation fact from three years ago. You can’t find your keys, but you’ve just sketched out a revolutionary idea on the back of a receipt. Hello, creativity, quick thinking, and imagination!

We’ve included traits like impulsivity, procrastination, and low frustration tolerance — not because they’re easy, but because they’re real. Alongside them? Empathy, resilience, intuition, and a wicked sense of humour — because ADHD brains are some of the most emotionally rich, passionate, and perceptive out there.

Yes, ADHD comes with chronic lateness, trouble prioritising, and a tendency to overcommit. But it also brings spontaneity, curiosity, problem-solving brilliance, and the ability to multitask (in bursts) like no one else. It’s the kind of brain that thrives in possibility, sees the big picture, and is passion-driven, even if it struggles with following through.

Our notebook doesn’t try to sugar-coat it — it embraces the full experience: emotional dysregulation, restlessness, task avoidance, poor time management, overwhelm in crowds, and all. But within that storm is originality, drive for justice, and a brain that refuses to be boring. (We even included easily bored because let’s be honest — it’s a lifestyle.)

The ADHD Traits notebook is a celebration of the messy magic that is an ADHD mind. Whether you use it for scribbling ideas, doodling through meetings, or writing the to-do list you’ll ignore until midnight, it’s a space that gets you — all 40 traits and counting.

Because ADHD isn’t just a diagnosis — it’s a full-spectrum personality trait explosion. And we think that’s pretty damn brilliant.
