2. Our Products

We aim to display our products, descriptions, colours, sizes and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Our products are made to order. This means your item is produced after you place your order rather than being taken from existing stock.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, designs, availability and prices where necessary. Any changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required or permitted by law.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

As our products are made to order, please check your selected product, size, colour, design and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

Where a product is personalised or made to your individual specifications, it may be exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law.

However, products being made to order does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. Your rights depend on the nature of the product and the circumstances of your purchase.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our typical timeframe for making and delivering an order is 3–7 days.

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Available delivery destinations, shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout.

We will keep you informed of any significant delivery issues where reasonably possible. Your statutory rights relating to delivery delays remain unaffected.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
