Shipping & Delivery 

At ADHD Merch, we create gifts and goodies designed for ADHD brains, one order at a time! 

Because our products are made to order, we need a little time to make your items before they head your way. We want your goodies to arrive just right!

How long will my order take?

Most orders are made and delivered within 3–7 days.

This includes the time it takes to prepare your order and get it delivered to your door. While we do our best to stick to this timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to busy periods, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

Made just for you

Our products are made to order, which means we don't simply pick them off a shelf. Once you place your order, we'll get to work creating your items especially for you.

Where do you ship?

We aim to make our ADHD-inspired gifts and products available to our customers wherever possible. Please check the shipping options available at checkout to see whether we deliver to your location and what charges may apply.

Has your order not arrived?

We know how frustrating it can be to wait for something you're excited about, especially when time can feel a little different for ADHD brains!

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, please get in touch at ADHDMerch@gmail.com. Include your order number, and we'll do our best to help track it down.

A little note about delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We're unable to guarantee delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
